New Patients

Welcome. The first step is to complete the online consultation request. We will set up a time for a 15 minute free phone call. If we both decide to proceed, we will schedule an assessment appointment. At the end of the assessment, we will reflect on the findings and recommendations, and decide whether to establish ongoing care.

Please do not use this service for emergencies: call 911 or go to the nearest hospital. For the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline: call or text 988, or chat online at https://988lifeline.org
